Shipping
We can ship to almost all locations worldwide except the following locations; Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

An estimated shipping cost based on your location and the weight of the item will be provided at checkout. Express shipping is currrently unavailable.

Due to variability in global shipping due to COVID-19 lockdowns and holiday periods, there may be some delays in shipments. We will not refund any costs due to unforseen shipping delays.

Please note that all international shipping is sent as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and payment of any applicable customs/import duties, taxes and other fees including VAT is the responsibility of the customer to prevent delays/non-delivery of the order. No refunds will be provided due to failure to pay or make prompt payment of these fees. Please contact your local customs authority and postal service for more infomation regarding additional costs prior to purchase.

Unfortunately at this stage we cannot combine shipping costs when multiple different items are purchased. Our system ships different types of items from different locations, and we are unable to combine shipping for these orders. Please contact us if you are making an order of 2 or more of an identical item and we can provide you with custom price for shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy
In almost all cases, our items are individually custom made to order and as such we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange or refund if you simply change your mind about the product (including ordering an incorrect size).

Please contact us within 28 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date as noted on the tracking infomation) for any other issues with your order or to let us know if an order has not been recieved. Depending on the issue, we may be able to offer an exchange or a refund for the product.

Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs and any local import/customs charges related to returned or exchanged products. No refunds will be provided for these additional costs.
